Ability: Can talk to the “Moon Goddess”/ Travel to the Moon “world”/ “dimension”,
 Can Control/Make new stars, planets, and
moons in the sky (though none will be inhabited), can make people “float” by controlling
gravity around them, as well as other things but staves are needed for those
sort of magics(I will post a picture of them later but as of right now they are
a Moon staff, Star staff, Heart staff and X staff).

Strengths: Magic staves, Smart, Polite,  takes a really long time to get angry with
anything.

Weaknesses: Physically weak

Bio/Back story:  Hala has lived in the
Demon Vampire kingdom for as long as she remembers, she was taught by a Moon
witch before her (who passed many years ago), and worked for the Fang Family
for years, helping with telling them what the Moon goddess (the Goddess they
worship) wants from them or what she wants them to do and such. A few years ago
Hala found out about a young girl trying to learn star magic, Astera. Hala adopted
her and brought her back to hell with her to continue helping the Fang as well
as help guide Astera. Recently, after Cecillio had returned to the Kingdom to
celebrate a holiday; the King, asked Hala and Astera to go to RH and “watch
over” him. Hala has taken a position as the Astrological Magic teacher for
Reaper High.

Bio/Back story:  Astera is a quiet child.
When she was very young her mother and father left her in an orphanage, after
living there a few years she decided to join in what the other girls were into
at the orphanage; magic. Seeing as how she loved the stars in the sky she
decided to learn star based magic, After a few years of learning by herself,
Hala found out about her and “adopted” her, taking her in as an apprentice.

Additional Information:  Astera tends to speak in German when she gets
nervous or worried; she doesn’t notice it unless you point it out.
