Cutie mark: A shield with a Moon on it. a unicorn horn on the sheild partially under the moon with a sparkle coming from it. (the two sparkles below are natural marks on him this was just to show where they'd be in relation to his cutie mark)

Talent: His talent is actually the ability to see future and past events of any pony.  He can look into the memories of a pony's subconscious (meaning even if they think it happened one way, or somehow their own brain made them think it happened one way he gets to see the actual way it happened.) as well as his own memories. He can see the future but only in little spurts, and it doesn't last very long or he gets a migraine.

When he's looking into the past or future he goes temporarily blind while his eyes light up entirely white.

Occupation:  He's a Guard. he guards things. more specifically he Guards Bella's Lake, since he heard her complaining about the many intrusions and wanted to help.

Residence: He and his four siblings live on the outskirts of the Moonlightmare tribe. and by outskirts i mean the outskirts. (i have a thing for outskirts of this place i guess) They live on the most south west portion of the tribe, basically ON the borderlines between the tribe and non-tribe forest grounds. 

History: MonoCeros was born appearing as a Unicorn pony, like his father. With his three other siblings and his parents, Ceros lived deep in the forests away from almost all ponies; His mother herself though not a moonlight mare was nocturnal. When Sparta passed away, the ponies were still reletively young (Ceros being only about 10) Lightdust wished for her children to safe from harm, and seeing how they all loved the night; she pleaded to Princess Luna to turn them into Moonlight Mares, to which she agreed and they lived in the Northern Moonlight Tribe for awhile. Now he and his three siblings have moved to the Eastern Moonlight Tribe to start there and stay protected. 

Extras:

His mother, Lightdust lives in the very edge of the Forest where it becomes Moonlight territory and though she can't really go into the territory they meet at the border or they go visit her so they can talk to each other now and again, considering Lightdust is also is a Night time pony so she sleeps durring the day and is awake durring the night like her children, the princesses of the MoonLight Tribe had no issues with it. They still have memories of their Mother being a Normal (Non-MLM) pony, but Luna has changed their memories of Sparta being a MoonlightMare, instead of a Unicorn and that they all were Moonlights coming from a different tribe (the Northern one).

The eye sparkles and stardust on his wings are a result of his Unicorn pony genes he possesses.

If you notice his mouth is blue while he's still a normal unicorn, the reason behind it is that Luna slowly changed the ponies so they didn't overwhelm themselves by being turned into Moonlights, easier to adjust in slow motions.
