Been forever since i actually posted anything of this child. let alone anything for RH so instead have this.

Name: X-09  Codenamed “Banshee” (original experiment name) Torin “Tori” Lily Vittori (Given name.) 

    Prefers Tori.

Age:  16-17 (?) (her actual age is unknown due to not having a clue when exactly she was created)

Gender: Female

Species: Man-made lab creation using DNA of a Vampire and a Witch. Large portions of her body has been replaced with cybernetic replacements.

Birthdate: ??/??/????

Universe: She is from her own dimension, not relating to any specific canon universe.

Education: Tori has never been in an actual school before she attended highschool, when she was 4 up until she was 12 she was “home schooled” by her guardian.

Height: 5’2

Weight: 100-120lbs

Personality:  Tori is the creepy, strange, Chaotic Neutral girl who you don’t really trust with secrets but you tell her anyway for some reason. She’s Almost ALL smiles and laughs. Loves pranks and jokes and lives for gossip.She isn’t much into getting into fights herself but Loves watching some brawl take place. She can be selfish and greedy and usually won’t really want to help unless she gains something, whether it’s a new rumor/secret or even an item she wants. 

Tori also has a bit of a memory problem adding to a few of her other mental problems from having been a man-made hybrid experiment. As well as has very quick, very extreme mood swings.

Usually she is seen taking pictures and videos of various things, both for the enjoyment of other’s reactions and her memory problem. She has continuously hacked the school’s camera system and even secretly installed a few of her own in some locations to get better angles and footage, though she claims she’s never installed any in places the school didn’t have a camera already.

Powers: Fire based magic, Levitation, Expert Hacker and Computer Tech, 'glowy magic hands' (healing magic, heals most small wounds and can at least stop bleeding for larger wounds. Can half fix a broken bone.)

Extras:

The yellow smiley face is practically her ‘logo’ It’s actually a pocket that seems to have an endless void inside.

The black bands around her neck and arms are basically power checkers, they keep her magic from basically going unstable (which it will if she doesn’t have all three on.)

She has many many cameras and camera phones, she keeps them so that she can keep all the info she has on them even if someone decides to break one.

She’s a dimension hopper, and happy to go to different universes. She also tends to break the 4th wall and already knows how her ‘story’ will end once she’s out of RH. She’s accepted it but wants to make sure she’s gotten the most of her time as she can while she can still remember.

She has Congenital analgesia, meaning she cannot actually feel any physical pain. She may sound hurt or say 'ow' but she honestly doesn't feel it.

Tori has a split personality named "Banshee" based on what her 'original' personality was supposed to be when she was created, Banshee is the reason of her memory problems.
